Dune Digital uses a hybrid pricing model: a flat monthly base fee (or $0 on Pay As You Go) plus a small per-megabyte charge for the telemetry data your agents send to the platform. You control data volume by adjusting your agent’s polling frequency. Both plans include 200 MB of free welcome credits when you create your account.

Add-ons

Business plan subscribers can extend the platform with add-ons. Prices are billed monthly alongside your subscription (or at the discounted annual rate when billed annually).

Hosting Management

Full hosting management, customer portal provisioning, and Host OS access. Includes the tools to run a hosting business on top of your mining operation.

Advanced Protocols

Whatsminer, LuxOS, and Braiins protocol support. Required if your fleet includes miners that use manufacturer-specific firmware APIs beyond standard ASIC protocols.

PDU/CDU Control

PDU and CDU control with per-port assignments. Lets you power-cycle individual miner outlets directly from the Hash Streams dashboard or curtailment rules.

Curtailment Automation

Manual and automated curtailment management. Shut down or throttle miners in response to power pricing signals, schedules, or custom triggers — without manual intervention.

Team Collaboration

Add-ons are available on the Business plan only. Contact sales if you need custom pricing or bundled rates for multiple add-ons.

Understanding data usage

Your data bill depends on how many miners you have, how often your agent polls them, and how much telemetry each miner sends per poll cycle. A rough estimate: a site with 100 miners polling every 3 minutes will typically consume around 5–15 MB per day depending on the metrics collected. The welcome credits (200 MB) cover a few weeks of typical operation while you evaluate the platform. You choose your agent’s update frequency. Polling less frequently reduces data usage at the cost of lower time resolution in your dashboards and slower curtailment response.

FAQ

Data usage is measured by the compressed telemetry payload that your site agents send to the platform. This includes hashrate, power draw, temperatures, error states, and other metrics from your miners. Dashboard views, API reads, and configuration changes do not count toward your data usage.
Multiply your miner count by your polling interval to estimate daily telemetry volume, then multiply by 30 for a monthly figure. As a starting point, 100 miners polling every 3 minutes typically generates 5–15 MB/day, or 2.702.70–8.10/month at the Pay As You Go rate. Use the welcome credits to calibrate your actual usage before committing to a plan.
Yes. You can upgrade from Pay As You Go to Business at any time. Downgrading follows your current billing period — you retain Business features through the end of the paid period, then revert to Pay As You Go limits.
On Pay As You Go, usage is billed as it accumulates — there is no hard cutoff. On Business, overages are billed at the Business rate ($0.015/MB). You can set usage alerts in your organization’s Usage tab to get notified before costs escalate.
No. Monthly plans are billed month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are prepaid for 10 months of service covering 12 months — the upfront payment is non-refundable after the billing period starts, but you can cancel renewal before the next annual cycle.
Welcome credits are applied to your account when you sign up and remain available until consumed. They apply to data usage charges on both Pay As You Go and Business plans.
