Profile and login

Your email address is the primary identifier for your account. It is shown in the Account Information section of settings but cannot be changed from the UI directly — contact support if you need to update it.To set or change your password:
  1. Go to Account Settings.
  2. Under Linked Login Methods, find the Email & Password row.
  3. If you signed up via an invite or OAuth, this row shows a Set Password button. Click it, enter a new password (minimum 8 characters, mixed case, at least one number), and confirm it.
  4. If a password is already set, the row shows a Connected badge. Use the Forgot Password link on the login screen to reset it.
Adding a password to an account that was created via invite lets you sign in with email and password in addition to any other linked methods.

Organization

Every account belongs to at least one organization. Organizations group your sites, miners, team members, and customers together.

Viewing and editing your organization

Navigate to your organization page from the dashboard sidebar. As an organization owner, you can update:
  • Name — the display name used across the platform
  • Description — an internal note about the organization
  • Billing email — where invoices and billing alerts are delivered

Team management

You can invite other users to your organization and assign them roles. Invitations are sent by email. When the recipient accepts the invite, their account is linked to your organization.
Team management and multi-member organizations require the Business plan or the Teams add-on.
Available roles:
  • Owner — full access including billing and organization settings
  • Admin — full operational access, cannot manage billing or delete the organization
  • Member — access to fleet, hosting, and marketplace features based on what the owner enables
To remove a member, go to your organization’s Members tab and revoke their access. They immediately lose access to all organization resources.

Subscription and billing

Your subscription tier and usage are managed at the organization level. To view or change your plan:
  1. Go to your organization page from the dashboard.
  2. Select the Billing or Subscription tab.
From there you can:
  • See your current plan (Pay As You Go or Business)
  • View data usage and remaining credits
  • Upgrade to Business or add optional add-ons
  • Switch between monthly and annual billing
Annual billing is available on the Business plan at approximately 17% off — equivalent to paying for 10 months and getting 12.
Available Business add-ons include hosting management (Host OS), advanced protocols, PDU control, AI curtailment, team management, custom integrations, white-label branding, and API access. Contact sales for custom pricing on large deployments.
