What is Hash Streams?

Hash Streams connects your mining facility to the Dune Digital platform via a small agent binary that runs on any machine inside your local network. The agent discovers miners automatically, collects telemetry every five minutes by default, and streams compressed data to the platform where it is stored, enriched, and made available through your dashboard. The platform handles three things for you:
  • Collect — The agent scans your network segments, polls every discovered ASIC miner for live telemetry (hashrate, temperature, power, fan RPM, uptime, pool status, and more), and uploads it using a compressed binary protocol.
  • Enrich — Telemetry is normalized, matched to your equipment registry, and combined with grid price signals, weather data, and demand response events.
  • Route — Enriched data powers your live dashboard, triggers event rules, and drives automated curtailment commands that are queued back to the agent for execution.

How it works

Dashboard + Event rules + Curtailment
The agent authenticates with a registration token that binds it to your organization and site. All traffic is outbound HTTPS (TCP 443) — no inbound firewall rules are needed.

Key capabilities

Real-time monitoring

Live hashrate, chip temperature, power draw, efficiency (J/TH), fan RPM, uptime, and pool status for every miner in your fleet. Dashboard refreshes every 50 seconds.

Curtailment automation

Automatically reduce load based on electricity price (LMP), grid demand response signals, or a custom schedule. Supports Voltus, CPower, and a generic webhook integration.

PDU control

View per-port power readings, toggle outlets, and track port history for every PDU registered to a site.

Event rules

Define trigger conditions — offline status, high chip temperature, low hashrate, fan failure — and attach actions such as email notification, automated reboot, or a webhook call.

Site setup

Add a site, download the agent for Windows, Linux, or Docker, and let the agent discover your miners automatically via network scan.

AI Streams

Companion product for GPU cluster operations — same platform, different compute type.

Data costs

Hash Streams charges for the compressed telemetry data your agents upload. You control your costs by setting the scan interval per network segment.
PlanRateEstimated cost per miner/mo
Pay As You Go$0.018 / MB~$0.53
Business$0.015 / MB~$0.42
Estimates assume the default 5-minute scan interval (~35 MB/miner/month from production telemetry). Adjusting the scan interval directly scales your data volume and cost. Both plans include 200 MB of welcome credits — enough to get a small fleet running at no cost.
The Business plan ($149/month base) also unlocks automated curtailment, unlimited agents, advanced analytics, and priority support. The Pay As You Go plan is free to start with up to 2 agents.
