Selling on the Dune Digital Marketplace requires an approved seller account. Once approved, you get a public storefront, a full listing management dashboard, AI-powered bulk pricing tools, and optional HashGuard integration.

Who can sell

Any individual or registered business entity can apply. You need a Dune Digital account before applying. Sellers fall into two categories:
  • Individual — selling personal mining equipment under your own legal name or DBA
  • Business — selling as a registered business entity with a legal entity name, address, and optional EIN/tax ID

Apply to become a seller

Navigate to dunedigital.xyz/marketplace/sell/apply. The application has up to four steps depending on your account type.
1

Choose account type

Select Individual (selling personal equipment) or Business (selling as a registered business entity).
2

Personal information

Provide your name, email, phone, and address. You must also supply your full legal name or DBA exactly as it appears on official documents, along with your legal address. For individuals, you can check Legal address is same as above to reuse your personal address.Optionally set a display name — this is the public name shown on your listings and storefront — and a short bio.
3

Business information (business accounts only)

Provide your business name, legal entity name (as registered), EIN/tax ID (optional), website, and legal business address.
4

Review and submit

Review all provided information. By submitting, you agree to the platform’s seller terms. Applications are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days.
After submitting, your application enters a pending state. You will be notified once a decision is made. If your application is not approved, a reason is provided and you may contact support for more information.

Your seller storefront

Every approved seller gets a public storefront at dunedigital.xyz/s/<your-slug>. The storefront shows your display name, logo (if configured), bio, and a link to browse your active listings. Buyers can reach your storefront directly without going through the main marketplace browse page. Storefronts support custom branding: you can configure a primary color and logo through your seller settings.

Creating listings

From your seller dashboard at dunedigital.xyz/marketplace/my-listings, click Create Listing.
Sell physical ASIC miners. Provide:
  • Title and description
  • Brand, hashrate (TH/s), power draw (W), and efficiency (J/TH)
  • Condition — new, like-new, good, fair, or needs repair
  • Quantity available and any min/max purchase limits
  • Asking price and currency
  • Shipping — ship-from location and lead time in days
  • Photos — uploaded images are moderated before going live
  • HashGuard — opt listings in to automatic performance-credit coverage (requires hosting integration)
  • Listing policy — selects which fee rules, deposit amounts, and sales tax apply
  • VisibilityGlobal (visible to all marketplace buyers) or Local (visible only to customers of your hosting organization)
New listings are created as drafts. Submit a draft for approval when it is ready. Approved listings move to active status and appear in the public marketplace.

Managing listings

Your dashboard organizes listings across four tabs: Drafts, Pending, Active, and Archived. From the actions menu on any listing you can:
  • Edit — update specs, price, quantity, photos, or settings
  • Pause / Resume — temporarily hide an active listing without deleting it
  • Duplicate — create a draft copy of an existing listing
  • Mark as featured — highlight a listing in marketplace browse results
  • Request sponsorship — submit an active listing for sponsored placement
  • Restock & Reactivate — increase quantity and reactivate a sold-out listing
  • Archive — move completed or cancelled listings out of the active view
You can select multiple listings and apply bulk actions: pause, resume, archive, or update price and quantity in one operation. Use the search bar to find listings by title, equipment name, or customer name.

AI Listing Manager

The AI Listing Manager (available in the seller dashboard under AI Price Sync) lets you create and update listings in bulk by uploading a supplier price sheet.
1

Upload a price list

Click Import Price List and upload a CSV or PDF from your supplier. The AI parser extracts model names, hashrates, power draw, efficiency, pricing, and other fields.
2

Review parsed results

Each parsed item is shown with its proposed action: create (new listing) or update (existing listing matched by brand and hashrate). You can deselect individual items before proceeding.
3

Preview and confirm

Review a full preview of how each listing will appear — including policy, fee breakdown, and HashGuard status — before committing.
4

Sync

Click Sync to create new listings as drafts and update existing ones. The system skips duplicates automatically. A history of all past imports is saved in the dashboard.
Two sync modes are available:
  • Full sync — create new listings and update existing ones
  • Update only — only update prices and quantities on existing listings, no new listings created
New listings created by AI Listing Manager are always saved as drafts. You must submit them for approval individually or in bulk before they appear in the marketplace.

Orders and fulfillment

When a buyer completes a purchase, the order appears in the Purchases tab of your dashboard. For each order you can see the buyer’s display name, payment status, and order details. Fulfill orders promptly after payment is confirmed. For physical equipment, provide tracking information as soon as it is available.

Payouts

Seller fees and payout terms are disclosed in your seller dashboard. Dune Digital deducts a marketplace service fee before remitting payment. Your listing policy controls what buyer-facing fees apply (admin fee, transfer fee, installation fee, hosting deposit, sales tax).

Google Merchant integration

Active global listings are eligible for Google Merchant integration, making them discoverable in Google Shopping results. Eligible listings generate product structured data automatically. Contact support to enable Google Merchant for your seller account.

Seller settings and policies

From your dashboard settings you can:
  • Update your display name, bio, logo, and storefront branding colors
  • Configure listing policies — fee rules, deposit amounts, and sales tax rates that apply to your listings
  • Manage HashGuard configuration — performance thresholds, credit caps, and exclusion rules per contract
Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, providing accurate listing information, fulfilling orders promptly, and handling all taxes related to their sales.
