Dune Digital is an AI-powered Bitcoin mining and hosting SaaS platform. It connects field hardware — ASIC miners, PDUs, and power systems — to a cloud platform that processes telemetry, runs automation, and surfaces everything you need to operate at scale. The platform is built around a central Dune AI hub that unifies six products. Each product handles a distinct part of your operation, and all of them share the same data layer so information flows without manual work.

Products

Hash Streams

Real-time ASIC fleet management. A lightweight site agent runs on your local network, discovers miners automatically, and streams telemetry — hashrate, power draw, temperatures, error states — to the platform. You can issue commands (reboot, tune, pool switch), configure curtailment rules, and control PDUs directly from the Hash Streams dashboard.

Host OS

White-label hosting management. Host OS gives you the tools to run a hosting business: customer contracts, automated invoicing, branded customer-facing portals, and hosting site financials. It connects your physical sites in Hash Streams to the billing and customer layer above them.

Marketplace

Buy and sell verified mining equipment. Listings are backed by HashGuard — a performance verification layer that validates hashrate and uptime before funds move. The Marketplace connects buyers and sellers globally without requiring trust between parties.

Customer Portal

Self-service portal for your hosting customers. Customers log in to see their equipment’s live status, earnings history, power consumption, and payment records — without contacting you. Host OS provisions portals automatically when you onboard a customer.

AI Streams

GPU compute management. AI Streams extends the platform’s telemetry and automation capabilities to GPU-based infrastructure, covering the same monitoring and control surface as Hash Streams but for AI compute workloads.

Land & Power

Site procurement. Find and evaluate hosting sites, land, and power capacity across the platform’s network of available locations.

How data flows

Telemetry originates at the hardware level and flows up through the platform in a consistent pattern:
1

Agent discovery

The Hash Streams agent runs on a machine inside your local network (a NUC, Raspberry Pi, or any always-on computer). It scans for miners on the subnet and opens persistent connections using each miner’s native protocol.
2

Telemetry streaming

The agent streams compressed telemetry from every connected miner to the Dune platform over a secure outbound connection. You control how frequently data is sent — higher frequency means more resolution but more data usage.
3

Platform processing

The Dune AI platform ingests the stream, stores it according to your plan’s retention window, and runs automation rules — curtailment triggers, alert conditions, and scheduled operations — against the live data.
4

Customer visibility

Data surfaces in the Hash Streams dashboard for your operations team, and (if you use Host OS) in the Customer Portal for your hosted clients.

Multi-site and multi-organization support

A single account can operate multiple sites. Each site has its own agent, and all sites appear in a unified dashboard view. You can segment access by site so that technicians only see the hardware they manage. If you operate multiple distinct businesses — for example, a mining operation and a separate hosting company — you can create multiple organizations. Each organization has its own subscription, billing, team members, and data. Switch between organizations using the organization switcher in the sidebar.
The agent never requires inbound ports to be opened on your network. All connections are outbound from the agent to the platform, which means your miners stay behind your existing firewall.
