# Introduction

> Dune Digital is an AI-powered Bitcoin mining and hosting SaaS platform. Manage your ASIC fleet, run a hosting business, trade equipment, and give your customers a self-service portal — all from one place.

Dune Digital brings together four products that cover the full lifecycle of a Bitcoin mining operation: fleet monitoring, hosting management, equipment trading, and customer self-service. You can use one product or all four, depending on your role.

## Core products

### Hash Streams

Hash Streams is the fleet management layer. You install a lightweight agent on your local network and it automatically discovers miners, streams real-time telemetry to the platform, and exposes per-machine metrics: hashrate, power draw, temperatures, fan speeds, and pool connectivity.

Key capabilities:

* **Live dashboards** — view your entire fleet across one or many sites
* **AI curtailment** — automatically reduce power during high-price windows based on your energy schedule
* **PDU control** — reboot or power-cycle miners remotely through connected PDUs
* **Event rules** — trigger automated actions when a miner goes offline, overheats, or deviates from expected output
* **HashGuard** — performance-verified monitoring that flags underperforming machines before they affect your bottom line

### Host OS

Host OS turns Dune Digital into a white-label hosting management platform. If you provide colocation or hosted mining services, Host OS handles the operational side: onboarding customers, tracking their equipment, generating invoices, and giving them access to the Customer Portal.

Key capabilities:

* Customer records linked to their miners
* Contract and billing automation
* White-label branding for customer-facing surfaces
* Integration hooks for CRM, billing, and marketing tools

### Marketplace

The Marketplace is a peer-to-peer exchange for mining hardware. Buyers can browse verified listings, inspect performance history, and purchase equipment backed by HashGuard protection. Sellers can list machines, manage inquiries, and get paid securely.

### Customer Portal

The Customer Portal is the self-service interface your hosted customers use. They can see their machines in real time, review earnings, download statements, and manage payment preferences — without needing access to your operator dashboard.

Dune Digital offers two plans:

* **Pay As You Go** — $0/month + data usage at $0.018/MB. Includes up to 3 site agents, real-time fleet monitoring, basic alerting, and email support. No credit card required. Starts with 200 MB of free data credits.
* **Business** — $149/month + data usage at $0.015/MB. Includes unlimited agents, advanced curtailment, team collaboration, Host OS access, custom integrations, priority support, and dedicated onboarding. Annual billing available at approximately 17% off.
